Hi, I'm Kyle Becker and I'm a nutrition coach and online trainer based in Wisconsin. My journey to this career path started at the age of 14, when I was diagnosed with polymyositis, a muscle disease that left me spending roughly 11 months in the hospital and years of rehab just to do everyday activities. It was a challenging experience, but it also taught me the power of perseverance and the importance of taking care of my body.
Through trial and error and countless hours of research, I discovered ways to put on and keep muscle, even with my condition. This experience ignited a passion in me for nutrition and fitness that has only grown stronger over the years. I pursued education and training in the field, and now I'm excited to share my expertise with others through online coaching.
I understand firsthand the challenges that can come with trying to improve your health and fitness, especially when dealing with a condition like polymyositis. That's why I take a personalized approach to coaching, working closely with each client to develop a plan that is tailored to their unique needs and goals. In addition to my work as a nutrition coach and personal trainer, I'm passionate about living my life to the fullest (Regardless of how cliché that sounds). I believe that optimal health and happiness come from a holistic approach that takes into account not just nutrition and fitness, but also factors like stress management and self-care. You can find me and my wife traveling frequently and exploring different places around the globe. In doing so we indulge in culture foods and one of my favorite things to do, find the most interesting gyms. My goal is to help my clients create a sustainable lifestyle that allows them to feel their best, both physically and mentally.
