Training Only

This plan is ideal for clients who are looking for a convenient and flexible workout plan that can be accessed and tracked through a mobile app. It's also a good fit for individuals who are comfortable working out on their own and don't require in-person coaching or nutrition coaching.

Nutrition and Training Coaching

This plan is ideal for clients who are looking for a higher level of support and individualization, with both a customized workout plan and nutrition plan delivered through a mobile app. The in-app communication with the coach provides a high level of accountability and support, making it a good fit for individuals who need additional motivation to stay on track.

Nutrition Only

This plan is ideal for clients who are looking for a convenient and flexible nutrition plan that can be accessed and tracked through a mobile app. The customized nutrition plan takes into account the client's goals, dietary preferences, and any allergies or intolerances, making it easy to follow and stick to. The in-app communication with the coach provides accountability and support, while the bi-weekly check-ins allow for adjustments to the plan as needed. 

Training Only

  • Initial consultation with a coach to discuss goals, current fitness level, and any injuries or limitations

  • Customized workout plan tailored to the client's goals and fitness level, delivered through a mobile app

  • In-app communication with the coach for feedback, support and accountability

  • Access to instructional workout videos, exercise guides and educational materials on fitness and exercise through the mobile app

  • Bi-Weekly check-ins with the coach to assess progress and adjust the plan as needed through the mobile app
